Good find but offer for the bonus applies only to AAdvantage members who fly on purchased, published Economy Class fares booked in Y,B,H,K,M,L,V or S on American Airlines operated flights !
And for $560, you'll be booked in Q...

AA:YUL-DFW-HKG is also available for $540/$560 USD, yields about 19,250 miles for 3.0 cpm. Scattered dates in March and April.

I can't seem to find any decent EXP SWU availability for DFW-HKG-DFW although seat maps look decent. Nervous to bite on this and sit in the back!

You won't clear a SWU before T-72, and I would be very careful which days you book. An ExpertFlyer subscription is worth its weight in gold when it comes to this route.

Perhaps because that one says "[FARE GONE]" and people might like to know that the fare is back, and a person cannot reasonably be expected to check every thread that says "[FARE GONE]" on the off chance that the fare is back? And people might like to know that the fare is back immediately rather than waiting however long it would take a moderator to change the title of the existing thread?

Can you explain why expertflyer would be useful? I fly this route and LAX-LHR over 10 times a year and my swu % is around 30%.
