Ua: Iad-ist - $581
Good deal on UA for a mileage run - IAD-YYZ-IST, return - IST- FRA - IAD for $581. Just booked this deal over a weekend in March 2015. Total 10,900 EQM and if you are 1K will get 23,000+ miles.

Also, remembre after march you get miles based on the price, it will be way under 5000 RDM as a 1K.

Excellent fare; unfortunately, due to the timing, I dont think it will earn near the number of miles cited in the OP. Istanbul is a fascinating destination.

Flying via Frankfurt means any Lufthansa segments booked in K will earn nothing on United.

Some of these are available January to March for $557 & up on AC-- L fare.

DCA also available.

Isn't if it is issued by someone other than United, all of the above people are wrong and it will earn respectively based off the system that is now in place for all non UA flights? In which case...OP who issued your ticket?

I don't understand your question?

In any event, as DCDreaming suggests, it books in L class = 100 % on MP.

The cpm is not the best @ 5.1

keitherson's point is not really relevant since fare on LH via FRA is in fact higher than YYZ non-stop!
