The c / PQM is still the same, and that's the figure of merit for this forum.

How many RDM's you earn has always been a YMMV situation given status and the FFP to which you credit.

After the devaluation, you would earn a lot less redeemable miles. Someone without any status with United would only earn about 3500 miles, instead of the 18000 or so that this earns today. Even with the highest UA status, this fare would only earn 7700 redeemable miles. Thus "YMMV", your redeemable earnings depend on your status and the price paid and no longer have anything to do with the number of miles that you fly.

Yup but I mean this is still useful for people using other FFPs... Like OZ for example, $700 to qualify for a star alliance silver, or $1400 for a SA*G is not a bad idea

I think the big assumption is whether OZ or other Star Alliance would keep the earning rates for UA flights, which I highly doubt it.

Look at what KE gives for DL - I am pretty sure will go down even more in 2015

I saw those, it's because they only show $250 yq instead of $500 that it should be... And I couldn't dump it either
