http://www.flynous.com/ had a less awesome version of it which is where I picked it up. When I got round to searching the fares had dropped to current levels. It's carrying it now.

EDIT: Hmm maybe not a Norwegian-specific low base attack fare since it seems to not just be the usual LAX/SFO/MIA/NYC suspects, but also available to WAS/BOS. You seem to also have an option to choose between DL-operated and VS-operated flights per their JV.
For those in the know: I'm assuming the OJ dumps 50% and the flight connecting to LHR acts as a 1x to dump the other 50%?
