(AA/US) EWR-SJC rt $244+ (4.4CPM possible)
Not as nice as the $210 transcons a few weeks ago but still very attractive and available with 0 or 1 night turn arounds on both airlines.
American Airlines:
Available as low as $244 routing EWR-DFW-SJC-DFW-EWR for 5606 miles at 4.4 CPM. For example this fare is available Oct 7 for a same day turn.
Routing is also possible via ORD but obviously for less miles but still a respectable 4.6CPM if you do ORD in one direction and DFW back or 4.8CPM if you do DFW in both directions.
US Airways:
Available as low as $245 routing EWR-PHX-SJC-PHX-EWR for 5494 miles at 4.6CPM. For example this fare is available as a one night stay Nov3-4.
Hopefully someone can make use of this fare. Have tried a few other NYC to West Coast options and this seems to price the most favourably, feel free to list any others in the same price range.

Thanks for these fares! helped me since I wanted to visit my friends during visit to the states (ex-syd). AA also is available ($250) during early December for same day turn around (9th/10th) and 5/6th for 4-5 night stays.
