Perhaps the start of a TPC fare war ala last weeks TATL. It would be nice to see this spread to Business Class.

This is an amazing deal coming out of ATL! We normally have to fly to another city for anything good

does anyone know if you need a Visa for Hong Kong?.....no plan to go to Mainland China

It'd be amazing if it was DL offering this fare. However, it's not all that unusual for UA or AA to be attacking DL hubs (ATL, MSP, DTW, SLC, etc.). We've certainly seen such attacks a number of times in the past.
