United is matching a Turkish fare to Milan (MXP) from Houston (IAH) or Austin (AUS).
The fare on United has 100% mileage accrual as "G" and "K".
Turkish only has 100% accrual via UnitedMileagePlus on the outbound leg. Return flight on Turkish seems to only be coming up in as a "P" fare now, which earns 0%. They allow stopovers though, so if someone feels like hanging out in Istanbul and then heading on to Milan... this may offset not getting the credit for the return flight.
Looks like Untied is a better deal due to it being 100% accrual. Posting details on both here. I was able to pull them up on Expedia and Orbitz.

Plenty of availability for example on November and February. Price is even lower with LAX roundtrip, around 2700DKK ~490$ r/t making it 4cpm. Books into BA O = 100% miles with AA. You can also choose between various times of days or between 777 or A380. Nice deal if you can fly ex-CPH.

Stumbled upon this booking via Skyscanner. It looks to be only bookable via BookAirfare.com of which I can't find a lot of information. I won't be partaking as I have absolutely no interest of going to KSA, but hopefully it will help someone. It looks like these flights are regularly $1000+
