For my fellow Cleveland friends...
I was able to construct a MR from CLE that nets 7,973 EQM's (with minimums) and 9,966 RDM's over 8 segments. Breaks down to 5.5 cpm for EQM's and 4.4 cpm on RDM's. Not great, but certainly not terrible.

I am talking about SDC at airports on the day of departure. Sometime you can see N>0 for your preferred routing on website, but the kiosk doesn't always give you the same result. At this time we need to go to the customer service counter for help.
In my previous experiences, some agents just said "your ticket is too cheap, I can not change it." some would make up some weird reasons

*Edit* I just booked a thirdone. 5K from to 1K now.
I dont plan on using SDC as the connections are short enough as they are. I think 6 segs is more than enough for a run like this

Position to BOS from other east coast cities
This is certainly a great deal if you live in BOS. However, you could get a very good position flight to BOS from other east coast cities. For example, if you are willing to do back-to-back redeyes (PHX-EWR), your cpm is less 3.1. For example, RIC-BOS-PHX-BOS (PNR one), BOS-PHX-BOS-RIC (PNR two), each PNR costs less than $200. The total PQM mile is ~12000. I am sure that you can construct something better than this. Good travels.
