UA: LGA/JFK-BUR/SJC/ABQ/AUS/SMF ~$121 o/w 3.4cpm
Thanks to burlax for finding this on UA originally. Looks like United is matching.
Fares as low as $120.60 one-way.
Got mileage as high as 3,648 with 500 mile minimums for LGA-IAD-SFO-BUR 3.4cpm.
I personally booked JFK-LAX-SJC with service on p.s. Premium Service for $120.60. Pretty pleased about that.

EDIT 7:07am: Just discovered it works for SMF, too.
EDIT 7:18am: Looks like ABQ & AUS work as well.
