Or pull the Avios points if you live in an east coast city served by IB or AA nonstop to MAD :D.

A couple notes:

Good thru 3/21/13.

Looks like it's good out of other Spanish airports as well, although mainly just AA/IB/BA.
The US fare allows one free stopover in PHL/CLT but max stay = 30 days.
The AA/BA/IB fare does not allow stopovers but max stay = 3 months.

I can get the cpm down to 2,7 cpm on US with the following routing: Mad-phl-clt-ord-hnl-lax-phx-phl-mad

485 € and 17611 miles

2.75 EURO cpm perhaps. More like 3.6 for USD.
