UA: IAH-DCA (airport change) IAD-DXB-IAD-IAH $692ai. 16,536 miles at 4.2CPM. Looks like it's valid in April and May with a Sat night stay like the IST fare, perhaps someone can post the fare rules.

Now the question is figuring out exactly my ticket....I see LH via FRA for $30 more for 8hr stop but UA's mileage earning for partners is guessable at best (It shows as UA K and shows full earning but 0% eqm...as a gold, 3k eqm and 5k rdm is not the smallest amount)

If it books into LH K then no EQM or RDM...but with the codeshare lottery you never know what it will book into. When on Matrix, all the LH fare classes shown are mileage earning, but all of those tickets are more expensive (and potentially but not necessarily in higher buckets) than UA's fare.
