HA: JFK-HNL $382 AI (Direct Flight) - MCO Dates in Devon ec, Jan, Feb
Sample Dates Dec 5 - Dec 10. Seeing a lot of fares with stopover on AA for around $440.

What OTA are you using? I was only able to see $435 on ITA, which works out to 4.4cpm
Also UA and AA flights available for $456 with a stopover in LAX/IAD, which works out to 4.5cpm.

i suppose those flights on Hawaiian between HNL and mainland do not earn any AA EQM, correct?

Stopovers at LAX
The OP and second poster mention stopovers when using AA or UA...can you actually have a stopover at LAX with these fares or did they mean connection?

To find the ops price of $382 try Dec +-3 days JFK-HNL on Kayak (12/6-11)
Hawaiian air only
UA @$446

If I'm reading united's website correctly, HA flights won't earn UA EQM's because it's not connected to a United flight?
