DL: JFK<->LAX $249 RT AI NS (avail. in either direction)

just booked as my last MR of the year JFK to LAX. Travel is confined to within the 2nd week of December. No overnight is required.

This deal works out to less then .0498 CPM

Very tempting. JFK-LAX was the first MR I ever did.

Anyone booking be aware this flight has to be the most oversold of DL's TATL. I'm at least 50% success VDB. Thank you very much!!

TATL = Trans-Atlantic.

VDB = Voluntary denied boarding. More commonly known as a "bump". Most airlines offer $$$ travel credits or "VDB vouchers" in such instances.

I assume mridley2 meant TCON (Transcontinental) and not TATL.
I figured that out without any degrees in geography.

I'm sure it could be TATL (and TPAC), but that would be a loooong flight. But you'd get a bunch of miles.

Don't be so quick to apologize: 4.98 cpm is about 5 cents per mile (which is what I assume you meant) whereas 0.0498 cpm is about 5 TENTHS of one cent per mile which would be a record setting MR!!
