UA: EWR-SGN $998 (19438 milea; ~5cpm)

I see availability in December. Its about 5 cpm so its not great, but I have no idea how to create an optimal routing and 20k miles in one go is a lot. If it would be possible to do something like EWR>LAX>HNL>GUM>HKG>SGN you would start racking up crazy miles.

Sample itin:

EWR-IAH-NRT-SIN-HKG-SFO-EWR

22,446 miles, $ 1,065.00 a/i

....not bad at all...not the best, but not bad.

EWR-SIN

I checked out this MR. Fare routes via ORD & SFO as well as IAD.
One advantage to IAD is that the service is on a 777.

Which routing exactly would be on a (3-class?) 777?

What happened to SGN ? Isn't SGN what this thread is about?

Doesn't seem like you can do too much to add miles to SGN. I've tried to add stop-overs, but usually its changing the fare. Delta also has EWR>SGN for about 1100 though. It routes differently and is almost 21k miles.

You may be able to get CPU For these "short" Intra-Asia legs/segments if R inventory is available. Hope this would help.

W fare is usually not more than $500 each way comparing to K.
