Looks like that is the case, but the seatmap that comes up on ac.com during purchase is incredibly misleading. It shows 3 rows of 6 across in the J cabin (which is the three amigos interior), but the graphics for the seats are the same as executive first lie-flats.

How on earth are you getting the 14,914 status miles calculation? Your posted route yields a little over 10,000 miles. Am I missing something?
I have just over 11,000 with 500 mile minimums, but your point remains regardless. Furthermore, make sure the domestic intra-Canada legs aren't booked as "Tango" class, which earn 0% mileage.
