I just booked my third SJU run yesterday for November...$317 LAX-JFK-SJU-JFK-LAX with no stay. My September run will be with my wife (using a bump voucher) and we'll actually be staying a night to see San Juan beyond the gate area. As I don't want my wife to have to endure a redeye, she gets outbound daytime routing of LAX-CVG-ATL-SJU.
I like the routing through JFK -- yields 8,144 MQMs.
Nothing more fun than explaining to a crew why you are heading straight back to where you came from.
I booked for late Oct rdu-bwi-dtw-atl-sju-atl-dtw-rdu for $278.18 with one night in sju tentatively the sju best western. How much does a cab ride cost to other nearby airport hotels?

Further to my earlier comment... ITA shows me fares as low as $246, and the fare rules apparently permit 2 transfers in each direction, but I can't get anything to show when I try anything other than a nonstop. Thoughts?

I have purchased a total of 26 BDL-MSP-ATL-SJU-ATL-MSP-BDL runs.
7000 * 26 = 182,000 MQM + 154,000 MQM already earned this year + 26,000 MQM August Run = 362,000 MQM this year. I think that's enough for Double Diamond almost Triple Diamond. #Winning.

OK -- using up my ecredits. Just booked my fourth, and final MR to SJU for the year. Another LAX-JFK-SJU-JFK-LAX turn for $317 and 8,144 miles. Not as great as what you're getting from the east coast but at less than 3.9 cents/mi, not too bad from LAX. Trying to build my rollover a bit as well as hit my MM status by year end (yeah -- I know the bennies aren't much).

SEA-SJU via LAX & JFK 10048 MQM about 3.1 cents per mile @ $317 ai.
ITA quotes it but can't seem to book it at Delta or any other I have tried.
Best I can get is about $360 with different flights.
Anyone offer any ideas for a site that might be able to book it?
