NYC-MOW $365 a/i Looks like transaero has a new fare out. I didn't do a ton of research but is bookable on many dates at big O. Didn't see any same day turns, only next day returns.

There is some discussion in this thread. My reading is that technically same-day turns should be o.k. without a visa (and have been accomplished by others) but that some people have encountered problems.

Alliance? They do codeshare with BD and Austrian, but would this route earn miles anywhere?

$436 to LED. I found availability in March, April and even 1 day at the end of May.

BD miles?

It looked to me like it would earn miles on BD. Poster in another thread mentioned the same route crediting, though it was a different class. And I'm a noob at this so not sure.

Which site/reservation system do you see this transaero fare?
Do they earn miles on any other airlines?

Do we fly Transaero?

I flew Aeroflot (by accident) last year on a SVO-WAW flight, and the woman next to me (not unreasonably) thought that we were not going to make it.

I can confirm - DME immediate turns do not require a visa. However, I would highly recommend having your return boarding pass printed out before leaving USA.

There are promos that require a specific credit card, so it's actually a valid question.
