CO/UA: SEA-MIA RT $200 a.i. (3.2cpm)
New to FlyerTalk, so please don't bash me for this 
SEA-CLT-MIA-EWR-SEA for $200 (on united.com) gives about 6400 EQM at 3.125 cpm
SEA-DEN-MIA-EWR-SEA for $200 (on continental.com) for $6200 EQM at 3.25cpm
Same day turnaround possible on March 1-2, March 8-9
Maybe some of the gurus can squeeze out a few more miles out of this one.

Well I think they're good fares. They've been around for a while actually. I booked a couple MRs SEA-EWR-MIA a couple months ago for 2/2 and 3/2. Beware that SEA-CLT leg, though. Is that a US codeshare?

It's a pretty decent run. It was my first ever MR last year.
I'll probably book two or three and burn some e-certs - I like 19K miles @ $150AI
I prefer the SEA-ORD-MIA-IAD-SEA route, since it has been good to me with bigger birds and upgrades.
