Is there any way to carve out these 75.-€ (x2)?
Any travel agencies that will be able to book this special with a more human TSC?

I booked the last years Valentines Special with the TK hotline and I guess I should have been the one getting money for that long and complicated process.

Hi There , I live in Bulgaria too !! For economy no restrictions - i checked NRT,GRU,SIN - RESERVATIONS FOR ALL SECTORS ARE REQUIRED AT LEAST 7 DAYS
BEFORE DEPARTURE.
