the fare basis is NLAPGB, it has a Saturday night minimum stay, 1 month maximum stay, and no day/time/season restrictions.
From my reading of the routing rules, the TATL segment needs to be on AZ, but the mainland/HNL segment(s) don't have a carrier requirement but MPM applies.

The ticketing carrier would not matter for the earning of miles (including status miles). But you would need to verify the booking class (Y, W, T, etc.) on the *A carrier to figure out if 100% miles would be earned.

These are the fare classes I have ssen--
CO: W
US: K
DL: T
AZ: N
AA: O
UA: V
Availability at least April through November.
ITA shows many more routes than seem to be bookable. Anyone see where to book transiting LAX on the return? This produces an all ST booking at $657.

Someone noted earlier that this is an MPM fare, rather than one with specific routing rules. So the following comment may not be relevant, but just in case...
AZ has notoriously liberal routing rules. You can kind of see it in the European route here - LHR to the US via Italy. It's just something they need to do to compete on these routes.
Well, I have historically found similar situations on the US side. Some of their fares are filed as being applicable from any US gateway. So one time I bought an AZ fare from Newark to London that routed through the AZ gateway in LAX (and then via Italy).
Again, this might not might not apply here (and I haven't tried anything) but it's just something to keep in mind while trying different things.

I can't get this priced at all... Could someone give me a hint what Multicity Segments you're searching for?
Even if I get a similar trip on AZ stock, it prices out at several grand...

Multi-city not necessary.
Simple RT on CT or Orb. should reveal it.
In ITA you likely need to add connection cities (in proper order).

Here is the small snip-it from the routing rules I was referring to. The full routing rules are in a very, very long list that gets cut off in KVS, apparently pretty much all US airports, even minor ones, are listed before HNL, and that last part is where MPM applies and there isn't a carrier restriction - do I read this correctly? (the segment between the US Gateway and the intermediate points need to be on DL or AZ codeshares)
