It's actually a price match of the WestJet one that was announced for the same dates last week (sold out quick).

difference is this books into T+ where most price matches from WS book into T, so this fare gets 100% status miles

I assume the above is for DL/NW (since through DTW)...do you know if Sky Team Elite Plus get lounge access since this is "international"?
