Sorgs Meats & Sausages - Darien WI
Wisconsin is loaded with excellent meat and sausage shops (yes cheese as well!)
Going from one account of mine to another yesterday morning, I decided to take the back roads as I had some time.
Stumbled onto Sorgs on Hwy 14 in WI.
Had their lamb brats and brats with onions last night. Very good, lots of flavor. Sorgs has 20 different kinds of brats.
Looking forward to the Porterhouses tonight.
