Runway work done at MSP?

Last friday, flying into MSP, I got the (usual) excuse that the flight was delayed due to runway construction at MSP. Today, I would have sworn I took off from the runway next to concource C (which I thought was the one closed for construction). Am I right in presuming construction is over?
