Voucher for Miles?

I have a Travel Voucher for unused travel that I keep windling down (but after three trips I still have a good amount left). Anyway, I am wondering if I can use it to buy addtl Miles.
I cannot call from work, and tried searching on the YX site, but could not find any info on it. And of course the Live Chat is not working for me.

I am not aware of any mechanism that lets you do this, but a call to the Midwest Miles service desk can't hurt.

Let us know if anything comes of it.

I was finally able to call YX. The answer is no. Not surprising, but unfortunate for me.
