OT: Anyone dealt with israel-music.com??

Firstly, I know this is wildly off topic. Secondly, I'm sorry about how off topic this thread is - I wasn't sure if this would be the best place to post this question. Please move it as appropriate.

Just wondering if anyone else on the forum has dealt with israel-music.com and if so, what their experience was? I'm just wanting to see as I made an order on the 1st June, my card was charged, though I haven't heard anything since. I've tried e-mailing them, though haven't had a reply. When I called their number there wasn't a response.

The person who told me about the site said they've never had problems with them. So just wanted to see if anyone else had dealt with them.

If I don't hear from them by Thursday morning I'm thinking I'll start the disputes process with my bank (when I've got some time to kill at the airport).

Did you call them during their business hours at the bottom of their site? I've never heard of them before.

Yeah I did try that though I didn't get an answer

Maybe once I get my bank involved I might get an answer

I have ordered from israel-music.com a few times. They don't do a good job of packing the cds & some of the cases arrived damaged. The last time I ordered, 2 of the cds were backordered. Their customer service is lousy, and even after many e-mails, I never got those 2 cds, and I never got the refund either. They have a good selection of Israeli music, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
