Auh to dubai transfer at 0100 hours
We are flying from Amman to Abu Dhabi arriving about 1240 am on Royal Jordanian. Too late to pay for the last etihad coach. Will we have any trouble getting a taxi at that hour? How much should the transfer cost?

Yes, or exchange cash at the Travelex. Some taxis have a card machine but don't rely on it working
It's 120km so I guess around 250 dhs and a little over an hour at that time of the night. Official airport taxis are comfortable, metered Merc minivans. Just avoid the touts and find the taxi line right outside arrivals; any driver will be happy to take you.
If he doesn't know the hotel, tell him 'Trade Centre'. The metro station is literally right outside the hotel's front door and the airport taxis have satnav.

The Travelex rate to exchange cash will almost always be worse than simply withdrawing from an ATM, even if your bank charges 3-5% in forex fees. Exchanging cash at an airport should be a last resort.
