Just wanted to fill on Mount Zion hotel. It's incredible. Stayed there with my wife on one of our last shabbatot together before our daughter was born. The service was above and beyond.
They upgraded us to a suite, and the suite was amazing. The only issue is that it's "far" from the rest of the hotel, as you need to walk outside, and up and down some steps.
But well worth it. And the service we got was of the best I've gotten at any hotel, Israel or abroad.
Finally, the food (selection, quantity, and quality) was delicious and plentiful.
