I am also interested in knowing about experiences with this transfer company as I will need a transfer from Jerusalem to the airport later in the year at an awkward time.
I have read the tripadvisor debate but no one there has tried the company.
Two useful facts are mentioned there : They do not yet transfer from the airport to Jerusalem and they stop working from 3 hours before shabbat till 2 hours after.

What I'm specifically trying to find, and perhaps I should have clarified earlier, is specifically to input from Lavi Express employees, because I read through most of the thread but I couldn't seem to find it, unless I missed it or that it wasn't clear that they were employees?
Thanks!

Well something seems off.
After repeated attempted contact with Lavi Express via email and phone, we got to: the phone does go to Lavi Express but to an external call service who does not know much about Lavi Express.
Via email, we were told that the service (either TLV - Jerusalem or Jerusalem - TLV) isn't a service they offer (not that they're not "yet" operating, but that this isn't a service of their's.
I knew it sounded too good to be true.

They said to just call the moment my family lands. Price quote was 200 shek for 3 people + 3 pieces of luggage (Nesher would have been 192) to center of Jerusalem. This is for middle of the day.
I'll report tomorrow with experience (that my father reports to me).
Regarding Jerusalem - TLV, I know there's Daka99, potentially starting at 160 shek.
