Got my flightradar up ready to watch traffic, also have liveatc playing the JFK tower. AAL9420 if you're interested.

The flight plan had 10000 feet as the height, looking like it was flying around 9700 feet - I thought that was interesting.

JFK has a ground delay in effect since 16:30 hours - now averaging 76 minutes. Flight has landed & after a brief stay on the tarmac, just took off & landed at lower Manhattan's Wall St. Helipad in one of identical 2 USMC copter now. NYPD Avaiation has its own copters up to protect escort along with at least one with DHS calling sign, along with marine resources in the waterway.

This will shift shortly to ground-based frozen zone & street closure on street level - most typically, as when the POTUS is in town, zipping up the FDR Drive to midtown East so everything else will not be moving - while the Fiat convoys are on getting the go-ahead.
