EWR just went from bad to worse (disabled aircraft 4/14)
The 80 minute average delays due to the runway construction and gusty winds, an aircraft just became disabled on a runway or taxiway driving the average delay over 2.5 hours.

I was told by people that flew in to EWR yesterday that they were told by their pilot (while holding over NY/NJ) that a gear-up landing had occurred - I suspect that's the "disabled aircraft" referred to here.
