transit pax at MEX, Mexicana bus. class

I am flying YVR-MEX-EZE with Mexicana in a few weeks with 1.5 hours between flights in MEX. Do I have to go thru immigration, or just find the next gate? Any tips for MEX? Also, any comments on Mexicana Business Class in these flights?

Yes, you will have to go though immigration and 1.5 hours should be enough time depending on the time of day. Make sure you have all your documents ready and that your immigration forms are completely filled out and signed (both sides) before you get on line at immigration/customs.

You will arrive a T1 and leave from there as well if all flights are on MX. I find MEX an easy airport to navigate because I speak fluent Spanish. If you don't, it can be more difficult, but not impossible. Good luck!

MX has since left BWI, but a couple of years ago I did fly BWI-MEX-PVR in Business Class. Nothing out of the ordinary, but overall very good service and good food. I do remember the FA's pouring drinks out of 1.75L liquor bottles - not the small airline size ones.

MEX was a very easy place to connect and 1.5 hours will be no problem at all. The BWI flight got into MEX pretty early (around 11am or noon I think) and when I walked over to immigration I was actually the only one in line. Think I woke up the agent when I walked up to her counter!

I'm flying YUL-GUA on MX RT , both ways connecting in MEX.
I know that I have to go through Mexican immigration in MEX.
My question : Do I also have to go through Mexican customs with my checked
luggage ( already tagged to my final destination ) ?
