I passed the construction site late last December and there wasn't much to it.
Marriott has a number of properties developing in the BLR area but over the past few years they seem to have suffered some delays in anticipated opening dates. I'll be interested to see if the RC opens on time because I'm headed to the area in the spring. Do let us know what happens...

- How's the gym? Spa?
- I'll be there for a week, any recommendation on requesting a room in particular section of hotel or view?
- any restaurants, attractions, bars/nightlife nearby that you recommend.
Thanks

Already super helpful in validating my selection. A couple of pointed questions

I like the rooms in BACK as they are a bit quieter. I'd get as high up as you can for the best views.
I like many of the restaurants at UBCity, which is a short walk. There is a nice italian bistro and a good sushi place. The main breakfast place at the Ritz is incredible.

nevermind I think I found my answer on another thread. not even marriott platinum elites get "complimentary" lounge access at ritz carlton (at least that was the comment from a poster back in 2016). so i'm guessing that means a gold elite would likely have ZERO chance of complimentary club lounge access at the bangalore ritz
