Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar

By the way, room rates at Ritz-Carlton Reserve Dorado Beach are astronomical-upwards of $1400 per night during high season. It is likely that these rates may have had an effect on occupancy.
The well connected individuals of the Equity Group behind the restoration of this property in DORADO, PR received VERY generous subsidies/tax breaks from the PR Government to accomplish their goal. High rates, additional fees, and low occupancy can be sustained.

If it's on the old Hyatt Dorado Beach it'll be a lovely location for a new Marriott Timeshare. But I haven't heard anyone mention it.

Looks like the project is delayed.

Demolition of the existing Cerromar Beach Hotel not expected until the
end of 2015.
