I have used some of thses in the past. Others I have only seen somewhere and jotted down for future reference. I cannot say if they are valid at present or under what circumstances.

M11- Marriott Rewards special
BOG- Buy One get One Free at Springhill Suites
WCT- Washington DC.Tourism Coalition
TZO- Travel Zoo Special offer rate(when offered)
W8S- Go West rate(western state hotels?)
WSAS- Southwest $10 off and breakfast for 2 rate
SOWK- 15% off AZ and CA
N8R- Eastern hotels-$50 bonus bucks for up to 2 nights(certain properties only)

What do LVU, HON and PKF stand for?

TRV - Travel trade

Restricted to travel agents, airline employees, GDS employees and Marriott employees, etc. Always requires appropriate supporting ID.

GOV - Government rate, not necessary since it's usually available as a checkbox.

PKG- lists all available special rate packages available (escape, honeymoon, parking etc)

worth taking a look at if you are planning to stay at a certain propery and want to browse the packages available at that property
