Renaissance Duesseldorf Hotel
Hi,
I am looking at this hotel for part of our NYE holiday.
I am seeing two options
90 EUR/Night - Stay for Breakfast rate, includes breakfast for 2 guests
110 EUR/Night - American breakfast, 1 bottle of beer or soft drinks per stay in From our shop, wireless Internet, see Rate details
What is the difference between these two rates - is the 90 EUR rate for Continental breakfast only?
Thanks

90 EUR Rate (Breakfast only):
- Includes breakfast for up to 2 adults and children 6
years and under sharing the same room.
110 EUR Rate (Breakfast + a few other items):
- Including American breakfast for up to two adults and
children 6 years and under sharing the same room.
- Including WLAN.
- Including 20 percent discount in our restaurant for the whole
stay.
- Including 20 percent discount in our bar only on beverages
for the whole stay.
- One soft drink or beer and one snack from our shop.
- 500 Bonus Marriott Rewards points per stay.
They probably provide the same breakfast but you would likely need to call or email the hotel and verify.

I was hoping that they are same, however, given that it is a German hotel the "normal" breakfast may be a Continental.
Thanks anyway

I've never seen, nor heard, of an S4B rate being continental breakfast, even if it's in Germany.
As to your other question regarding this property there's an existing thread on this property which IMO your original post belonged to begin with.
