Would you pay those costs out of pocket if you did not have this card?

Do you use any of the other benefits?

No, I'd never pay those costs out of pocket if I didn't have the card. I don't need an in-flight drink. Just a nice perk. I don't use any of the other card benefits.

Did we ever figure out if guests had a fee or not for the Lounge Club membership?

Also, is there a limit to the number of authorized users that can be added?

My wife used her Lounge Club card for her and our son without paying any fee. My wife is an authorized user of the Ritz card.

Wait, authorized users also get a lounge club membership? I only got mine but not the ones for the authorized users I have.

Send an SM for reimbursement of fees (It were award fees). Was asked to provide the documentation asking if it was for covered reimbursement. Has anyone else seen this? Should I call in to get the reimbursement done?

Only the following types of non-ticket purchases qualify to receive credit for the Airline Incidental Credit benefit offered on this card:

? Airline lounge day pass, or towards a yearly lounge
membership of your choice
? Airline seat upgrades
? Airline baggage fees
? In-flight internet/entertainment
? In-flight meals
? Global Entry fees

The credit cannot be applied to:

? Taxis/subway/car rental/airport parking
? Airline gift card purchase
? Airline ticket purchases, including award booking
fees, taxes related to a ticket purchase or pet
cabin/flight fees
? Ticket cancellation fees
? Duty free shops

Guest are free, the lounge club app shows limits for each lounge. At a lounge club facility in San Jose went in with 4 guest, no one batted an eye.

My parents are flying out of SJC along with my 2 little brothers. What kind of snacks do they have there, its hard to see in the available pictures? my mom is the AU and will be using her Lounge Club pass only. Reading your post that they allowed 4 guests makes me feel a bit better about my 2 brothers. Also are kids even allowed? they are ages 7 and 12.

I am kind of annoyed. I tried to make a booking using the club upgrade for the Ritz Fort Lauderdale. The regular rate online was $259, when I called they said i had to pay the price of an ocean view room since all club rooms are ocean view. The rate for cheapest ocean view was $350. No where in the terms which I will quote below say anything about needing to book the same type of room. The only thing the terms say are not combinable with other offers.

From the chase site:
Club Level offer valid at participating hotels on up to three paid stays per Account Year using The Ritz-Carlton Rewards Credit Card with a seven night maximum length of stay, subject to availability at time of reservation. ("Account Year" means the year beginning with your account open date through the first statement after the anniversary of your account open date, and each twelve billing cycles thereafter.) E-Certificate is required, is non-transferable, and not combinable with other offers. Not valid on corporate or other promotional rates. Chase Bank USA, N.A. is not responsible for offer fulfillment or the provision of or a failure to provide the stated benefits and services.
