7-night Prepaid Package Stay - Will nights count toward Elite Status?
I'm sure that someone has already asked this question before, but I wasn't able to locate it. I will be staying at one of the Marriott Vacation Club properties on a 7-night prepaid package (includes taxes). Is it possible to get the nights to count toward elite status?

Have you booked a promo package for MVCI presentation? includes rental car & accommodations for 7 nights?
If it's a MVCI promo package you probably won't get the nights to count towards elite status.

Thanks for your responses. Yes it was a promo package booked through MVCI and I have to attend the 90 minute timeshare presentation.
