Stumbled upon this while looking at Vancouver BC hotels - Business Boost Package - BP6. I have no idea when the start date for availability is. I was looking at April. Quoted me a rate of 239 CAD (chg to 249 on Apr 6). Seems pretty decent.

Any good code for Amsterdam in March? I tried the general ones: OTP, VSA, NPR, M11 ... nothing
The list is publicly available. If you're not coming up lucky, then maybe nothing available. Also, a lot of the PACs are US-based so perhaps not surprising.

Whilst recently looking at hotels in Germany I came across PRO which brought up 'Special Event Rate' at most properties. I've tried it at some UK hotels and it has resulted in various promotional rates including a 'Buy One Get One Free' offer for Marriott Hanbury Manor.

Cool!
Also, I mentioned previously in this thread that REG (Regular) and RAC (Rack) which both seem to produce the same results can sometimes be useful in bringing up rates for room only when a general search only shows things like Dining Packages.
I recently used REG in a Look No Further claim as it produced a lower rate than the standard search.

Cheers.
If the PAC's are not working, try ton non-PAC's; google will be your friend for that
I tried LPR at the Renaissance Mayflower in DC for April & May weekends.. it came up with a $149 rate for 'Take the elevator home'. When I checked the rate terms, there was nothing out of the ordinary... so I used it to do a few BRGs until we settle on a date, the leisure rate is $229 room only.
I did a google on 'take the elevator home' and only came up with a Dallas promo that was breakfast & a movie - I can't find any details on a DC promo, but the rate is there. Anyone have any idea's or knowledge about this promo? It is either brand new or very old & hasn't been pulled..

LPR iS a Public code, right?
TIA!
LPR (Local Promotional Rate) is sometimes a public code. It can bring up all sorts of rates depending upon the property. Some are publicly available (the one you mention certainly sounds it) and some not - you have to read the rate rules to be sure. A Marriott near to where I live has all sorts of rates under LPR, a couple are ones which include tickets to a local attraction (public) and a couple more are for afilliates of local professional sports teams (not public).
I am debating calling the hotel direct to find out what this promo IS exactly... does it include breakfast? or tickets? or anything?
However, in light of the BRGs that I have got on the rate, I am hesitant to call attention to it.
