I spent 10 minutes wasting my time with this promo...nothing to show for it.

I also saw CeeLo .. and some very, very creepy Mannequins ....

Wondering if I'm just too old to get this, I asked my twenty-something neighbor his opinion. He just kept shaking his head and repeating, "This is awful. This is awful." He didn't even need to see CeeLo! He called the woman with the pink hair a "wannabee."

BTW, we saw a cringe inducing scene that appeared to be film noir porn shoot taking place in a Ren room. It appeared the couple being filmed was asking us to join, only to suddenly ask us to leave the room. It was really, really disgusting. It makes me question what may have happened in a room before I checked in.

I think the point is to make everyone apathetically give up so they don't actually have to give anything away.

I just saw Matthew Broderick kissing a girl in what appeared to be a first kiss for both of them...in a room with a couple other couples.

Awkward.

Interesting. There is a definite pattern here, recognizable to those who read gossip sites. We should likely be seeing John Tr*volta kissing a woman next, and perhaps Queen L*tifah kissing a man after that. ;)

Apparently Ren is where you go to do what you don't really want to do, but want others to think that you do.

This is the creepiest thing I've ever seen. I hope this was the result of an unpaid intern's summer nightmares.

Because if they seriously paid someone to come up with this... Then it's the worst misuse of marketing funds since New Coke. Except this isn't going to drive me back into the arms of Renaissance. It's going to keep me away for fear of walking into my room and finding a human being controlled by puppet strings yelling at me to sign something.
