No Way to Complain on Marriott Website

I had a miserable experience at a Marriott property this week and decided to email a complaint via the Marriott website. After 15 minutes searching the site, I came to the conclusion that there is no way to complain via the website. I guess that tells me all I need to know about how valuable my business is to Marriott. Anyone else ever find a link to communicate with Marriott?

Just a quick question:

Have you ever written a letter on an exceptional experience you've had at marriott? (Perhaps you've never had one.)

This is funny, because I just sent a complaint to Marriott about my stay this week. I had called first, but I wouldn't recommend that. Unless I just got a crappy rep, they don't seem to give a crap...even if you're an elite member.

Previous posts indicate where the form is located. Well hidden under help->contact us. I find they are very good about getting the message to the property who all but once has replied in a timely manner with an appropriate solution. Marriott may track these and if os the property may be incentivised to follow through. I don't complain a lot but given my level of travel some bad experiences are bound to happen. I have found Marriott quite good at follow-ups campared to Hilton who really doesnt seem to care at the corporate level which put me right back into the Marriott camp...

good luck.

Thanks for the directions to locate the complaint form. I had a good time at the Marriott until I left and noticed I'd forgotten some personal items. I called the hotel and was told "maybe I did not leave them there". To think I would waste my time to call unless it was important. Leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Best Hotel I've stayed at turns out to be the Wyndham Hotel in Glenview.
