Marriott Points for Bulgari hotels?

Hi all,

Is the Bulgary hotel line off limits for one to redeem his/her Marriott points? I've never done it before and it doesn't seem there's a way for me to do so. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Nope, I posted about this in a very recent thread. You can use the elite "redeem for anything" award, which surprisingly was not for a ridiculous number of points...

Heh. I read the title as "Marriott Points for Burglary?" and expected to see (another) thread about compensation after room theft.

+1. I then thought perhaps they were offering MR points as a reward for stealing stuff.

Is that redemption only available for certain elite level? How can I access it? I am having a hard time finding that link.

Thanks for the help in advance.

This was my interpretation too. Could the OP mean Bulgari?

Link

I believe this is what was being referred to:

http://www.marriott.com/rewards/term...eemforanything

I remember when this was introduced early on, I had them price something. I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, and then when I asked about it again, the quote I got was so high, I didn't even consider it. I figured this offering had died a slow death. And it is pretty hard to find on the website.

Thanks for posting this. I was hoping it was something we could look into online...at this point, I'm just "window shopping" at this point...don't want to waste their time to satisfy my curiosity.

Trust me, you won't be wasting their time. They will definitely be wasting yours, as it takes weeks to get back even simple quotes.

The Bulgari resort in Bali does look nice, I guess it loses some exclusivity once it participates in a rewards program though.
