When does my account clock reset?
-It's a new year but the online clock isn't showing new totals. It's showing last yr info.. When will it?

I only had 40 nights credit last year, so I am loving getting Gold Benefits on tonight's stay. Too bad I'll probably be dropped back down to Silver when the clock resets and I have my Honeymoon this year 
. Could not get a meeting scheduled for the 10 nights I needed in the last week of 2011.
