Have you received a E-card when your birthday is coming?
My birthday is in this month.
At the beginning, I expected MR would send me a E-card to greet, but they didn't... However, I received a E-card from one properties which I once stayed. Have you ever received one when you have your birthday? If not, may I suggest Marriott add this feature to its program? It's a tiny improvement, but makes me much better. Thank you |
I recently received an e-card from Marriott on my birthday, along with a link to a 'present'.
The present (once I confirmed my identitiy) was 1 elite night credit. Thanks Marriott! |

I got one too. My link lead to a page that said "Opps, there was a problem...". I don't know why it didn't work automatically, but I sent an e-mail to customer service and my account was promptly updated with 1 EQN.^

Evidently not, as my birthday is this week and I haven't gotten an email... "oops" or otherwise. :p
Several years ago (when I first joined FT actually) I received a very nice personal note from the Concierge at the time...(Drew) |
no email here...

Have to update previous response, email arrived today.

Same for me...
I got the same on my Bday a few days ago, however, I was a tad disappointed. I have 468 elite nights this year...do I really need 1 more? I'd rather have something like 1000 points.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the effort...but would like to see an option where you can choose a free night or a few points. ChazDawg

Many moons ago I filled in a form online, which asked for my b'day and Mr HPs and our wedding anniversary. I have NEVER had any recognition for this from Marriott Rewards ...

Does this email come on your birthday as mine is coming up soon and haven't seen anything yet. Also, I went into my account to make sure my birth date is listed, but I see no place to add it.
I am scrambling for elite nights this year so anything helps! |

I hesitate to ask, but is this another US resident only benefit?
As far as I know, the personal profile details for UK and perhaps other countries members does not allow for providing your Birth(day) date. I have certainly never yet received an email or credit. |
I received the same e-mail with the same elite night offer today (on my birthday).
I guess it's too bad that my birthday is so close to the end of the year, and I've already done all my needed elite qualifying nights for the year... |
