does anyone know if you can choose which of these you sign up to mid way through the period - so that you know what your overall stay trajectory is?

I enquired during ongoing megabonus - think I am at 33 nights currently with further 6 to come in the period. They said they would review after the close and put me on the best available - I requested double nights double points - but had already signed up to the 35+15k for 20+5 nights

I got the 50,000 bonus promo, but MR said that the 60,000 promo is new and can be achieved by staying:

35,000 after 20 nights,
15,000 after an add'l 5 nights (for 25 total nights)
10,000 after an add'l 5 nights (for 30 total nights).

Yes I did before. Tried again and still nothing (except the VISA Megabonus ending 1/15/2010).
