Using Marriott Half Price Dining Certs in Las Vegas

I was wondering if the restaurants at the Lake Las Vegas JW MArriott Hotel accept the Elite 2 for 1 dining coupons. Have a trip planned to Vegas last week and just found some certs that expire Jan 11. Too bad one isn't for the Renaissance to use at Envy Steakhouse.
