EDIT 2/3/17 @ 6pm: Rumors suggest Kmart is (or perhaps already has) dropped out of the program. We have two DPs of swipes at Kmart on 2/2 that received 5B on 2/3 (posts #1395 and #1400). Perhaps swipes through "end of week" will receive 5B... could mean 'til the end of Friday 2/3 or Sunday 2/5 or who knows. Please post DPs.
CVS - No longer working
Kmart - Hit & Miss for buying MOs
Staples & Staples.com - Confirmed working but limited to $200/$300 cards
Lowes - Confirmed working but limited to $200 cards
EDIT 1/29/17: Making 5B great again!
EDIT 1/28/17: The gravy train is over
EDIT 1/20/17 @ 2pm EST: At least 2 DPs of 5B posting today (1/20/17) from CVS transactions that took place on Thursday 1/19.
EDIT 1/18/17: CVS is still part of the 5B program. You should still be getting 5B for purchases there. If you aren't, then you should call in. There is no use in posting DPs until on or after the 1/20/17 published CV-Sexit.

Hey, just having a little fun! At the end of the day, I'm making money, that's all I really care about, but it's fun to try and figure out how the systems work

Anyone getting swipe errors?
I had like 15 cards last month and half of them would not swipe. I ended up liquidating them through plastiq but that was the expensive emergency exit.
Then of course, being the masochist ms'er I am, I had to retry it again this month. So the new batch....all went well this morning until the fourth card and again swipe errors.
The swipe errors are a problem because it freezes out the terminal and the store clerk has to escape out of that payment and retry. On the reswipe it again errors out and then the clerks start asking to hand over the card so they can swipe on their terminal which is no good of course. Plus it also starts screwing up the relationship capital ive built up over the years at my favorite MS locations.
Just was curious if others are seeing any swipe errors.

What is the easiest way to drain a $500 VGC bought at CVS with a 5B card other than using it for regular purchases? I need to do about 5K MS for CC points and wondering what the best approach is at this point of time. I am thinking of heading to a Simon mall tomorrow to buy a few $500 FB cards. Appreciate any feedback.

That's interesting if you're playing the Staples AND Lowes AMEX offers. Get a $200 FB from Lowes and order a $300 VGC from Staples.com, adding the $200 FB (look for the option on their checkout page) to your AMEX card.

I can't seem to remember which cards I bought at CVS that load at WM. All they seem to have are vanilla. Can someone help me out?
