Do eBay purchases qualify? I don't see it listed under the examples but the list is not exhaustive (it ends with "AND MORE....").

Paying car insurance bill doesn't work. I tried it last year and didn't get the cash back. At least with Geico.

IIRC, giftcardmall worked last year but some people had to call Discover and manually adjust their cashback percentage.

My Serve load has POS Mode Description of Online. Not sure how to confirm that it counts for 5%.

Last year Costco Cash Cards from Costco.com counted for 5% cash back. I haven't tried yet, but plan to buy a $25 Costco cash card to confirm this year.

My statement cut last night and Amazon Payments DID NOT generate ANY cash back.

Edit: I just read the T&Cs and it does say that it could take up to 2 billing periods to show. In my experience it has always posted immediately with statement cut.
