http://riamoneytransfer.com/ allows you to send money to anyone (including yourself), using debit & credit cards, for no fee.

Per the FAQ ( https://www.riamoneytransfer.com/help/faq ), "You can send up to $2999.99 per money transfer, per day. However, please be advised that the max amount you can send in 30 days is $8,000.

* Please note, Oklahoma and Arizona residents are limited to send a max amount of $999.99 per user per calendar day.

tried to send $5 with my freedom, got message back saying the transfer is under review..... anyone else see this?

PP Debit MC worked. Did a $10 test and I see a temp hold of $1 and $10 in my PP account. I got the transfer under review as well.

My PP attempt wouldn't go thru....but I do have a pending $1 charge in my PP account....weird.

JHPC debit - Nogo - It thinks JHPC is not in the US so wont let it pass.

I'll have to try it out with my credit card that doesn't have any CA fees and see if it goes through and how it posts. At least I might be able to get the referral credit for that. Thanks for the link OP.

That's my thought, it either fails and nothing happens, works and I earn miles, or works as cash advance but then I at least get the $20 amazon GC.

My $100 PP went thru into "Pending further review"

Tried to do another PP transfer from a different account for $493 but it failed.

The $1 pending is there on both PP accounts.
