I have had this issue with other offers but as long as I registered the card I have been getting credit. Like a ghost, can't see it but it is there.... At least in my experiences. Happened on Peto and Martha Steward deals..

Not a problem finding VGC at BB. Did 1 X $200 and 1 X $100 on the first round. Went back the next day and did 2 X $150 and finished with my 2 Amex Cards. Of course, not a problem off loading at Wally on split transactions for MO.

Are there really that many stores that still stock Visa gift cards? I just popped in to a store and the gift card area hasn't changed since last time I was there, and I couldn't find a single VGC. Where are you guys finding these treasures?

Try looking for separate racks that says PREPAID CARDS. Not all BBY stores carry the VGCs anymore.

One store had a stack in storage in a backroom behind Customer Service. Only the CS rep knew about them, and brought a few out on request.

anyone know the max number of payment methods in a single transaction you can do at BB?


edit: per DOC DPs ..10 forms of pmt

Thanks for the heads up. I had it on my 3 personal cards but not the business card. Hopefully they open up the twitter sync so I can get it added there too.

I believe that info is stale. Last time I purchased VGC's from BB, I could only use 2 CC per transaction. That limit applied whether or not the cashier knew about it (i.e. hard coded), but can vary based on the geographic region.

Same experience. Only 2 CCs. More than that the POS errors out. Hardly worth the trouble.
