MasterCard gift card: $1,000 limit, $4.95 activation fee
Travel MasterCard card: $1,500 limit, $6.95 activation fee
Reloadable Visa card: $3 monthly fee, loads every 7 days.
Youth card: $1,500 limit, $6.95 activation fee & $3 monthly fee
It looks like you can also do ATM withdrawals with the travel card (cost of $1.50 per withdrawal), this could come in handy if you have any owner/operator fee free ATMs near you. To view these cards follow these instructions:

In for 2 travel cards as a trial. These should be excellent for MOs. A local grocery chain that sells $500 WU MOs for only 46 cents can't seem to grasp the concept of splitting payments so this should make 2x$500 and 1x$498.50 simple enough for them. Sucks you can't use AGCs or after the portal cash back this could make for a viable way to purchase VRs for places that buying VRs with debit.

They also misspelled "New Jeresey" in their drop down list of states. Not a good sign.
